Mountain View Nordic Ski Club grooming the trails for another season

The annual general meeting for the Mountain View Nordic Ski Club is coming up on Thursday, November 7th.
Members, new members, and anyone interested is welcome to attend at 7pm at the Olds Cow Palace meeting room.
Secretary Sandy Mason points out that they have had around 80 members in the last few years and they are a very healthy, small club. She says “we’ve been very fortunate to have been successful in getting donations and sponsorships from the local services clubs, and the County, and some local businesses. We’ve purchased a new snow machine for this coming winter so our grooming and track setting is more reliable and we’ll be able to provide a better product for our skiing public.”
Mason says they are a registered non-profit ski club.
She says all of their trail maps and information is posted on the website mvnordicskiclub.ca.
