Alberta RCMP are investigating a homicide after a body was located by hunters in a wooded area of Clearwater County on November 15th.
RCMP along with a Fish & Wildlife officer, attended and confirmed the finding of a recently deceased person with injuries.
The deceased has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the death is being investigated as a homicide.
The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit has been deployed and taken over the investigation.
