It will feature 18 teams split into two 9 team pools. The competition leads off with an 8 game round-robin format.

Alberta is represented by rinks skipped by Kevin Koe in Pool A and by Brad Jacobs in Pool B.

The field for the playoffs at this year’s Montana’s Brier will consist of the top three teams from each pool and the championship game on March 9th will determine which one will represent Canada when Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan hosts the 2025 World Men’s Curling Championship. The Worlds will run from March 29th through April 6th.

Gushue defeated the host rink from Saskatchewan in the Montana’s Brier final last year in Regina.
