The second annual Kids Market is coming up this weekend at the Melvin Hall.
Kea Harder, board member with the Melvin Hall Society, points out that it was a great success last year. She says “it was so great. It was very cool to see them all out there selling and, you know, telling their customers what they were saving up for. Whether it was to create more goods, or to save up for Christmas presents, or whatever it was that they were doing. It was really cool to see all these young entrepreneurs out there.”
Harder adds, they had a lot of new vendors reach out to them for this year.
She adds, they have over 30 young vendors under the age of 14 coming out this year to sell their products. It is a cash only event and the hours for the Kids Market at the Melvin Hall are from 10am until 4pm on Saturday.
