Mounties have made a second arrest in relation an armed robbery which occurred at the 7-11 in Blackfalds.
A 21-year-old man, Quinlan Louis Bradford, was located and arrested on Wednesday.Â
A second search warrant was executed resulting in the discovery of additional items used in the robbery including masks and a airsoft handgun.
The Red Deer resident faces charges including robbery with a firearm and disguise with intent. He is set to appear in court in Red Deer this week.
Previously a 19-year-old man, Jackson MacKenzie Cann, from Red Deer was arrested and charged in December in connection with this same armed robbery on November 11th.
RCMP are not looking for any additional suspects in this investigation.
Corporal Troy Savinkoff with the Alberta RCMP Media Group states that “this was an extremely effective investigation after a very brazen armed robbery.”Â
