The Innisfail Eagles will play a North Central Hockey League game on home ice for the first time in 2025 this weekend.
The Birds began the new year with a 5-3 win over the warriors on January 4th in Westlock.
Last Saturday, Innisfail suffered a 7-2 setback versus the Longhorns in Wetaskiwin.
Innisfail will welcome Westlock to the Twin Arenas this Saturday at 8pm. It will be the Eagles final home game of the regular season. Innisfail has a record of 9-4-and-1 to occupy 3rd place in the league standings, while the Warriors are 2-9-and-2 to sit in a tie for 7th place.
The regular season will wrap up for Innisfail on January 25th against the northern Birds in Stony Plain.
