The 17th annual Torrington Gun Show is on the agenda this week in Kneehill County.
It will run from 10am until 5pm on Saturday, August 24th and 10am until 3pm on Sunday, August 25th.
Gerard Gibeau, Co-operator of the Torrington Gun Show, points out that they will have about 70 vendors and 184 tables set up at the Ron Gorr Memorial Arena. He says “well it’s always been a really, really good show. The people in Olds, Torrington, Trochu always support it like crazy. Lots of good people there, lots of good vendors, and always lots of good customers. We average usually around 1,000 for the two days, people through the door, and it will probably be about the same again this year.”
He adds, to bring $5 dollars for admission and if you are going to buy any firearms or ammunition, you need to have a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL).
